The development of 40 serviced residential units represents the first phase of the comprehensive redevelopment of the Trevellyn aged care facility in Hamilton.

Reflecting Presbyterian Support Services' Ageing in Place philosophy, the new apartments are designed to allow residents to remain in their private homes regardless of the level of their physical impairment due to age-related conditions.

All apartments are 100% wheelchair accessible and can accommodate hospital beds and the full range of nursing support facilities that may be required to assist residents.

Residents enjoy a range of facilities including ensuite bathrooms, separate living areas and external balconies or decks. A full complement of communal and nursing support facilities is also included in the development.
