Rotorua District Council made the bold move to enclose the well known external entry Atrium. The results are a fresh, vibrant new Customer Centre catering to all ratepayers needs…. A larger service counter, which offers a one-stop shop scenario rather than searching for your specific department for information.

Keeping with the green theme, that is a long-standing Council practice, the design was loosely based on iconic Rotorua landmarks and legends. Also incorporated within the fitout are photographs and imagery of landmarks and cultural art works.

A happy client, a happy rate paying customer, makes for a happy designer.
