The design of the new Auckland executive office for Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide was motivated by the client's wish to showcase a collection of contemporary New Zealand artwork within an existing 19th century semi-industrial warehouse.

The clients also wanted the design to express both eastern and western design philosophies. Chow:Hill Architects' design reflects eastern principles and contrasts with the structural grid of the existing warehouse.

Strong, clean lines and a limited palette of materials further enhance a harmonious look.
