A new site, and a new direction in customer service values and technologies influenced the relocation, design of space and aesthetic.

The design philosphy of the Customer Service Centre has been strongly influenced by the hospitality industry’s customer service values. Treating the environment as a reception area with all good customer service pratices, rather than a standard public authoirty Centre. The space was designed for one-on-one consultaion, easily definable zones of function and clear visual references.
