The YMCA has grown considerably in recent years and in turn needed to relocate to larger premises to accommodate their increasing staff, as well as the in-house training courses offered for early childhood teaching and computer literacy.
In conjunction with the move came a total re-brand of the well known logo and identity. The new brand colour palette was brought through into the interior, which incorporates the new YMCA ethos; "show your spirit".
The main wall, which runs from the entry through to the training areas, is a continuous blackboard that allows visitors to add their thoughts, feelings and showcase their creativity. This wall sums up all that YMCA stands for and creates in interesting and fun dynamic to the space.
