Chow:Hill Architects played an instrumental role in the development of the Auckland Residential Design Guide, recently published by Auckland City.

The Design Guide is intended to control medium density residential developments throughout the Central Auckland which fall within the new Residential 8 designation.

Chow:Hill worked alongside Auckland City in refining key elements of the Design Guide and testing the design implications for future residential developments.
Chow:Hill were also commissioned to illustrate the Design Guide and continue to assist Auckland City in developing further residential development control criteria.
