The Wintec Strategic Planning Study comprised a comprehensive and holistic review combining key elements of vision and strategy to consolidate an integrated and robust campus redevelopment strategy.  

The study embraced a highly innovative multi-disciplinary approach and included extensive consultation, a review of Wintec's values and future aspirations, an environmental assessment, a detailed review of operations and service delivery, the identification of critical success factors, an in-depth analysis of strategic planning and urban design considerations, and a robust business plan.

The resultant Wintec Campus Redevelopment project involves the incremental redevelopment of Wintecs complex inner urban tertiary campus. Key to the redevelopment philosophy is the need to create an agile, attractive and inspiring environment for students and to better facilitate integration with and within the City of Hamilton.
