We’re looking for someone who will lead not just projects, but also lead our project people. You may be a Senior Technician or a Senior Architect. So here's what we're looking for

Our Hamilton/Kirikiriroa studio is seeking a Project Leader, who has the following skill set:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor in Architecture and NZRAB registered OR NZCD(Arch) or NDAT or equivalent tertiary qualification with at least 7 – 10 years’ postgraduate New Zealand practice experience
  • A strong portfolio of proven project experience across large-scale commercial work delivered on time and on budget
  • In-depth industry knowledge
  • Proficiency in Revit – or a willingness and ability to gain proficiency in this program
  • Ability to lead high-value projects from concept through to construction
  • Ability to clearly communicate and interact with clients and colleagues
  • A proactive approach to managing workload and furthering your learning
  • Enthusiasm for ongoing skill development in techniques and processes to help the team deliver and exceed client expectations
  • A willingness to build on and expand a personal professional network.
