Architectural Graduate Samuel Wong chose a career in architecture to create memorable places and design environments that provide positive outcomes for all users.
Samuel takes a collaborative approach to design projects and is driven to present outcomes that inspire people in their use of an architectural space. His aim is to provide a sense of place and strong identity within the diverse spheres of the built environment.
A member of the Chow:Hill Auckland/Tāmaki Makaurau studio, Samuel has experience working on residential developments, bespoke homes and multi-unit apartment dwellings. His portfolio includes resource consents for Kāinga Ora’s Edmonton Avenue apartment complex in Onehunga, and St Andrew’s Village Dementia Care Facility, Stage 10.
Samuel is excited at the opportunities architecture offers and the influence sustainable design practices can have on the use of space. He enjoys the development of new ideas and the collaborative approach to solutions that enhance the built environment. Design driven, Samuel’s desire is to improve the lives of those who occupy and use the places he designs.
