Distinctive wallpaper, bold hues and glass walls formed the interior aesthetic of Baker Tilly Staples Rodway’s Hamilton office, creating flexibility for the future.

When Baker Tilly Staples Rodway’s Hamilton team was shifting premises, the transition signalled more than just a change in location for the firm; it also resulted in a more collaborative way of working as previously separate teams came together on the same floor.

Chow:Hill’s design focused on creating an environment that supported an easy flow between work, team and social spaces while also allowing flexibility for future growth.

The tired, dated interior of the soon-to-be-new premises was transformed through the removal of walls and rearrangement of spaces, creating greater opportunity for natural light to filter into work and breakout areas. Glass walls, where previously plasterboard had been used, lifted the design interior to create a modern and inviting reception.

The result was an award-winning fresh and contemporary total work environment for staff and clients.
