She is passionate about using data-driven insights to support informed decision-making and identifying opportunities to enhance systems, improve efficiency, and deliver value to the business. Outside of work, Monita enjoys travelling, exploring New Zealand’s walking tracks, listening to music, dancing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
