Designed in collaboration with Jasmax Architects, Hamilton’s PwC Centre has become an iconic landmark of Hamilton’s CBD, providing a long-term asset for the commercial community.

Intended as a gateway building to encourage greater mobility between Hamilton’s central retail precinct and Wintec’s City Campus, PwC’s six-storey commercial office and retail building was Chow:Hill’s first 4-Star Green Star rated building.

Guided by Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) principles, the building reflects a commitment to ‘green’ design, with reduced water and energy usage, and lower greenhouse gas emissions. The exterior cladding of glass and textured concrete panels, which contributes to the building’s overall green star rating, depicts a modern design aesthetic.

The future-focused development was designed to be a successful long-term asset offering flexible business space. The precinct, which incorporates commercial space, retail and hospitality outlets, a public plaza, and significant underground parking, enriches social and cultural dimensions of the cityscape.

The project was completed in collaboration with McConnell Properties, Hawkins Construction, and Jasmax Architects.
